I offer a solution focused brief therapy approach which allows for positive outcomes in a timely manner. However, some issues require more extensive personal exploration where an integrative approach and longer-term therapy is required, and I am pleased to offer those services as well. I have training in:

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy

  • Prolonged Exposure Therapy

  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy

I utilize a client centered and trauma informed style of counselling psychology to help you explore areas that are preventing you from living your best life. I will support and guide you to make decisions in a non-judgemental, supportive, confidential, and caring space. I offer a down to earth, professional, no nonsense approach to counselling from a place of compassion and life experience.

I offer in person sessions at my office in the Weymouth Medical Clinic, or tele-therapy via video or telephone.

As a member of the College of Alberta Psychologists, I adhere to a strict code of ethics and incorporate evidence-based research into practice.
